Bateson's correspondence with Engledow, 1925, is brief and consists of his comments on three papers on wheat by Engledow, with the latter's reply.
The items have been tied together and given a single number.
Three (in A.34) are of Bateson: in one of these he is standing underneath a large bust of Mendel. The remaining 5 photographs feature various exhibits and persons. Also in A.34 are the following: a photograph featuring N. N. Ladygina-Kohts and A.E. Kohts (Alexander Erich (or Fyodorovich) Kohts) At A.35 is a photograph featuring Basil (Vasily) Vatagin at work. Some are inscribed on the back: one inscription is in Bateson's hand, the others are probably in Beatrice Bateson's hand. It is unclear whether all the photographs, apart from those featuring Bateson, were taken during his 1925 visit.
