Many others are signed 'with compliments of the author', including by Francis Darwin (1898), Maria Dawson (1899 and 1900) and J Reynolds Green (1894). Letter ? (part, 1 p. no signature) on headed paper 'University College of South Wales and Monmouthshire', 'Cathays Park, Cardiff', no date, c 1929. The typed page gives a synopsis of the paper 'Étude de l'action des rayons X sur le development des plantes' by Mme S Lallemand (1928/29) with an attached offprint.
